SHIPPING COSTS

Unless part of a pre-arranged QUOTE or PACKAGE DEAL, our low prices below do not include the actual (per weight) shipping costs. We do not charge handling fee's, large packaging fee's or special delivery fees on small day to day orders.

 

USPS PRIORITY MAIL (CONUS)

1-3 Bottles (16 oz) will normally fit in a single flat rate box costing $9.80

SINGLE  64 oz/ or 1/2 gallon jug can sometimes fit into a single flat rate box, usually the $9.80 or the larger $12.95 box

1 Gallon bottles require two flat rate 1/2 gallon jugs (require jug surcharge to split an order of $5 each) for $19.60

Or 1 single gallon in a UPS Ground box which is about $17.00-$20.00 depending on your zone.

Unlike other direct wholesale pricelists:

We DO COVER your 3.5% Debit/Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express fee's on each and every order.

We DO COVER your packaging, boxing costs and any handling fee's on small regular orders (large systems or special airport delivery is optional)

We DO USE recycled boxes, packaging, newspaper and materials for all our shipments to keep the costs low.

 

For US, CANADA and all INTERNATIONAL orders, lighter boxes are always shipped PARCEL POST or PRIORITY AIR MAIL.

Larger boxes always go out UPS Ground in the US. These charges may include a delivery surcharge of 1-3% (if we take package to International Counter at Portland International Airport)

Customers packages go out USPS PRIORITY AIRMAIL normally. Package size, weights and restraints will apply. We can also ship First class mail if the parcel is smaller and under 3 pounds in weight. We can ship Parcel Post up to 75 pounds internationally.

 

Once properly packaged and sent, the parcel is COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR HANDS. We will send you any customs, tracking or insurance numbers we get from the Mailing service. All extra handling, shipping fees, tariffs, customs and import fees are your responsibility. You must  pay for INSURANCE and tell us you want it added, or we will default to USPS $100 and UPS $100 included insurance where applicable. We will mark the values down to actual cost for CUSTOMS PAPERWORK or the actual cost of replacement, so your fees may more accurately reflect the parcels value. International Credit Card users will see a 1-3% International transaction fee our BANK charges us.
